Cope & stick
​​cabinet doors refer to the type of frame construction, which is essentially a tongue and groove connection.
​
This makes a strong & durable joint, with a 90-degree angle and vertical seam at each corner.
​
"stick" is the molded edge of the frame pieces & "cope" is the corresponding cut on the mating piece fits snugly into the molded edge.

Traditional Shaker
​​doors are a five-piece door with a flat, recessed center panel & a simple, clean-lined frame.
It is characterized by its minimalist design, emphasizing practicality and craftsmanship. The frame consists of two stiles (vertical pieces) and two rails (horizontal pieces) that surround the central panel.

Mitered

doors have a frame that is joined at the corners with 45-degree angled cuts, creating a 90-degree corner with a 45-degree seam in joints.

Our mitered doors incorporate a mortise and tenon joint (a hidden tongue and groove) for added strength and precision.

Micro Shaker

a variation of the Traditional shaker door.
It maintains the clean lines and recessed panel of the traditional shaker, but with a narrower frame profile 1" wide or less.
This creates a modern & refined look while still retaining the timeless appeal of the shaker style.
Our Micro Shaker has a 3/4" plywood panel and a solid wood frame with Mitered Corners.

​doors are flat, slab-style products that have a narrow strip of material (the edge banding) applied to the edges of the door to conceal the core of 3/4" plywood material and provide a finished look.
Edgebanding enhances both the aesthetics & durability of the door. ​

HDF Routed
doors are constructed from High-density fiberboard (HDF) that have been carved or shaped using a router or CNC to create designs that mirrors the look of traditional stile and rail doors.

HDF Routed doors are a great, cost-effective alternative to solid wood doors for painted applications, thanks to HDF's smooth surface and stability.
​
We also offer HDF slab Doors and Drawer fronts.
